Insurance is here to help you when something unexpected happens. A claim is just your request for that help. Our role is to make the claims process fast, fair and easy to follow. Not every claim will be covered by your insurance policy, but we will always explain why and make sure you understand the process.

How it Works

  • Report — Tell us what happened as soon as you can. You don’t need to have every document before reporting.
  • Assessment — We review the details of your claim to confirm the cause and extent of the loss or damage suffered.
  • Payment — For approved claims, we make payment to you or the relevant party, depending on the type of claim.
